Jenny, first of all, congrats on getting back to Curves!
I've been a member a little over a year (lost 94.5 lbs and 94.75 inches so far). I still love it and think it is fun but some days I just don't *feel* like going. Those are the times I need to tell myself to go no matter what. The great thing is after I'm done & I walk out the door I'm always very happy that I made myself go. Knowing how good I'll feel when I'm done working out is a huge motivator for me.
Seeing the results is the second motivator.
Knowing I have a better quality of life is third.
And I could go on & on but won't.
I wish you the best as you continue on your journey...one step at a time.
