I have researched this subject a little because I also have 75 pounds to lose. The skin only has so much elastic to it and we have streched it out of shape and it will only go back so much with exercise, we will have to have the surgery. Richard Simmons who lost alot of weight, never tucks his shirt in because he never got the surgery after his loss. If and when I reach my goal I am already saving for surgery.
