Hello everybody - well this is the beginning of a new year and a new me I hope. I officially signed up with Curves the day after Christmas and have gone every day that it has been opened since.
Starting on Monday January 5, I will also begin a new way of eating - I am not calling it a diet because I hope to make it a lifetime change not a temporary way of eating. I'm spending the weekend cleaning out the pantry, refrigerator, etc. so I will have a fresh start on Monday.
The ironic part is I gave up smoking on a Monday January 5 several years ago so I'm taking this as a good sign/omen for a fresh new start of my healthy life.
I'm looking forward to chatting with all of you and hearing your stories. Please wish me luck and let me know I can count on all of you for support.
