Hi there,

Don't get discouraged. You can do this!!! I don't know what will motivate you, but what motivates me is trying on smaller clothes........ and having them fit. I went out this past weekend and bought several new outfits to go on a trip with and I was ecstatic about the size. I went into the dressing room with a size 12 and guess what?? TOO BIG!!! That was enough motivation for me.

Besides, brides are not supposed to be unhappy. This is a great moment in your life, you should be so thrilled and excited. I would suggest that you make yourself go to Curves and workout and tell the staff the motivational issues you are having. They will be able to get you motivated and back into a routine!!! The music playing and the ladies working out should get you pumped up!!! :) YOU CAN DO THIS!!! GET EXCITED!!! NOW GET OUT THERE AND GET TO CURVES, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!
