I know how you feel! Several years ago I lost 70lbs but started gaining it back after I had my wedding dress and couldn't seem to take it off again so I had to alter my dress. That was a huge disappointment to me but not a motivator to lose weight.
Now I'm in my mid 40's, have 2 beautiful little girls and last year tipped the scales over 300 lbs. Someone suggested I join Curves. Now, after 9 mos I have dropped 82lbs & 84". I went to the store last week and was excited to put on a size 14/16. When I joined Curves I was wearing size 26/28.
Quite often I have days I don't *feel* like going but I make myself go. When I walk in the door I'm greeted by smiles and upbeat music, when I walk out the door after my workout I'm soooooo happy I made myself go. You need to find the motivation and the "want to" inside yourself. You almost have to talk yourself into it. Until you make up your mind this is something you *want* to do no exterior reason will motivate you. Your wedding day should be one of the happiest days of your life but it can be stressful too. You have a lot going on right now and it's hard to juggle everything. Let us know how everything works out for you.
