Where I am from the hours are 9 am till 1 and 3 till 7
you can go in anytime during those hours and there is no class, you just go in, jump on a machine and do the circuit. thats what I love about it. 30 min and your done. somethimes it can get crowded usually mondays. but I have been going 3 years and never had to wait to start.
