That's exactly what I've been doing for 2 months now.

I'm committed to exercising regularly, but I'm not ready to change my eating habits. After the 1st month, I'd lost 1.5 pounds and almost 4 inches, and my body fat went down slightly less than 1%. After the 2nd month, I hadn't lost any pounds, and I'd only lost about 1/2 an inch, but my body fat went down about 5%.

I know if I changed my eating habits, I'd see much better results (and probably a lot faster), but I've never exercised in my life, so just committing to that is a big deal for me right now. So I'm pleased with the results so far.
