Yeah, it's not a class environment. It's a circuit that has at least 16 stations, so that allow at least 16 ladies to workout at the same time (there are additional machines that an owner can add, up to 12 different machines which means 24 stations). The last workout is usually allowed to start 30 minutes before close so you aren't lingering after they close. The hours posted below are typical starting hours. The owners sometimes expand the hours to accommodate more members altho I do have to say that some never open during the "mid-afternoon-break". Mine is open 13 hours a day m-f and 6 hours on Saturday, but I think it's quite rare to have that many hours and that's still only opening at 7am which means I cannot go before work.

Curves is a circuit training center using hydraulic strength training machines and recovery stations which are square bouncy platforms that provide cardio and a bit of rest between using each muscle group. You spend 30 seconds at each station and there is an audio queue to tell you when to move...
