My suggestion for motivation is to find someone to go with you. I know I have always hated exercising. Two months ago three people from my work all decided to check out Curves together. We all joined and it makes it so that when you do not really feel like going you the other people want to and so you go. Even when I have to go by myself (on Sat morning), I feel I have to because I know my friends will ask if I went on Monday. Sometimes it is harder to be accountable only to yourself than someone else.

I know getting ready for a wedding is one of the most stressful times. When you feel like your getting to stressed and that the wedding will never go right, just remember, what ever happens, Your wedding day will come and you will marry the person you love, the rest will make for interesting stories to tell other brides to be.
