Subject: Curves software and commission rates

Hi, there! Can someone please tell me what club management software Curves uses? Also, I believe Curves pays its employees an hourly fee plus a commission - can anyone tell me what the commission is based upon (signing up new members any type of plan?) and how much?
THANKS in advance - I am researching starting my own and am trying to get as much information as possible!!!
