Wow - fantastic and very inspirational. I have the same amount to lose as well. I found that the progress was too slow until I really got serious with portions and what I was eating, so I am on a calorie plan (Diet Power) which gives me freedom to choose, but keeps me in check. I hope I can say the same a year from now!
