Subject: Hi from a Newbie

This is my first post here...I joined Curves two weeks ago, and everyone there has been very helpful and supportive. And for the first time I'm enjoying exercise!

The manager at our centre strongly discourages us from getting on the scale in between monthly weigh-ins, but she told me some women weigh themselves after a workout anyway, as they find it more motivating.
Just wondering what you all think - do you wait for your official weigh-in or do you find yourself tracking your own progress more frequently?
I'm happy to have found you all here, since I don't know anyone else going to Curves. Sheila, please let me know if you didn't get my email - my hotmail was doing odd things.:-)
