I joined Curves about one month ago, and I had my first weigh in/measure this past week. I faithfully went to Curves at least 3 days a week, but I didn't follow any kind of diet during that time. I still managed to lose 2.5 pounds and 5.5 inches. I am thrilled with my results. Imagine how well I would have done if I followed a diet!

I have never been good at following diets and watching what I eat. I had lost a little over 25 pounds a few months ago by using the treadmill 20 minutes a day. I am now going to start to use the treadmill again on the days I don't go to Curves. Hopefully, I will get even better results next month.

My biggest thrill with using Curves has not been inches lost or weight lost....it is with how great I feel. Since joining Curves, I have felt fantastic. The aches and pains I used to suffer with have subsided. I also sleep better at nights. The health benefits of incorporating this type of exercising is absolutely beneficial for women. We need to get all women to join Curves!
