I definite agree with you, Lori! It is not a good idea to weigh yourself everyday. I still weigh myself everyday, but it dictates my mood for the day. On the days where I gain or stay the same, I am disappointed. On the days when I show a loss, I am happy. The water we carry on our bodies definitely makes a difference with our weight. The other day, even though I had a fantastic eating and exercising day, the scale showed a 2 pound gain. I think it was because I had a bowl of french onion soup. I had also drank lots of water, but didn't need to go to the bathroom at all. I hope those two pounds were all the water I drank.

It is so hard for me to wait a week to weigh in. I would like to follow a 2-day a week weigh-in spaced evenly apart during the week. So every few days (every Monday and Thursday) I would weigh myself hoping to at least take off 1/2 to 1 pound each time which would add up to a one to two pound loss each week.
