When I lost 10 pounds is one month - I was just doing the low carb diet and no exercise. Which makes sense now that you re-explained the muscle thing to me. Thanks.

I did lose the 5 pounds and 2.5 pounds body fat. At your curves - do they measure one arm or both? One thigh or both? At mine they do the one side which I think is kind of deceiving because I would have lost more inches had they been counted at first, right. Well, I'm still happy with the results, thanks for the insite though.
