When we measure your arm or thigh, the computer multiplies the number by 2 (since you have two arms and two thighs). So it can be both a blessing and a curse.

If you loose an inch in your thigh, the computer spits out a 2 inch loss. If you gain an inch in your thigh, the computer spits out a 2 inch gain. So Go Figure. (for other employees out there, no pun intended!)

But measuring is full of human err, so they best way to gauge inch loss is through small things you or your husband/friend/sister/etc. might notice and how your clothes fit.

Make sure they always measure the same side though (i.e. always measure the right or left side every time.) I've found that most women have about an inch difference between their left and right arms. I'm not sure about thighs though.

I think your results are great! Remember a gradual loss is usually a permanent loss.
