Subject: weight up and down

Hi
I have been doing a curves workout for almost 2 months know. I joined the gym instead of curves who has a simular curves workout but baysitting too. I love it I feel fitter and starting to see a little bit of muscle on my calves.I love the music its fast and the whole workout only 30 min. I did not lose weight or inches while I just worked out the first month. I started the diet about 2 weeks ago. Nice diet not to many slumps love the shakes. I have about 20 pounds to lose and it is going slow I do believe i have reduced somewhat in size. The main thing is my weight keeps going up and down. One day 2 punds lighter next day back up the 2 pounds> I weigh same time everyday after wakening. I do loose I gues and this time it is going slower than other diets but is okay because of the benefit of exersising and toning. Does anybody else have this with their weight or if you do not have that much weight to lose does this happen on this diet. Another thing the book says only workout curves 3 days pw or at least not two days in arow . does every body stick to this?
