Subject: Help!

Hello
I have been going to curves for about a yr and a few months, and certainly have seen some changes..I now have more muscle and an actual motivation to work out. The problem is that my metabolism is really slow because I use to take diet pills (yes stupid me)...so I have had the most difficult time with losing weight and it is getting frustrating. I now go to curves 4 days a week (just started that 2 weeks ago), I am eating rather well...although I cheat occasionally...and am wondering if there is anything different i can do so that i can get more out of my work out...thank you so much!
