I had the same problem until I really got serious with controlling my diet. I don't do any crazy diet, but I downloaded DietPower which is a simple calories in/calories out program based on my age and weight. The more exercise you get, the more you get to eat. Since doing this (2 months) I've lost 9.5 lbs. I believe in Curves, but it alone in many cases (such as me!) will not do the trick. Just my thoughts. Good luck and don't give up!
