Have you asked your staff about the diet? IF you start on what is called phase 3 it will raise your metabolism. If not contact me at my email and i would love to help.Also a big plus, rememeber to make SURE your are push and pulling the machines as HARD as you can. that will give you good results (remember the strenth training and the majority of the cardio is performed on the MACHINES not the stations inbetween) Save all your energy for the MACHINES. Keep up the good work. #1 you'll will have better health and the losing will come along with that.
