I think it's a good thing that Curves has no mirrors, especially for many of us who go to Curves because we are usually avoiding mirrors everywhere! I'm feeling better about myself because I've lost over 10 lbs. and 11 inches thus far, but I still cringe when I sometimes see my big old self huffing and puffing through the reflection of the front glass window. Just when I think, hey, I'm doing really good. I'll catch a glance at myself and feel ridiculous. Mirrors are for body builders who can't keep their eyes of themselves!
