Subject: calorie calculators

Hi, this is a repost from below and might be helpful.
One thing I've learned from doing Weight Watchers is that the amount of calories expended has a lot to do with your weight as well as the activity. Someone at a higher weight will expend more calories for an activity than will someone at a lower weight. There are websites that can calculate calories burned for you by typing in your weight, the activity, and the time spent doing it. (You can type "calorie calculator" into a search engine and find them.) See below for 2 that I like. One even takes into account your age, sex, and height. While these sites don't list Curves as an activity per se, they do list weight lifting, and that's what I use. I'm sure they're not 100% accurate, but it's better than guessing! Good luck!
