Perfect timing, just a week ago there was a very interesting
article in one of our daily newspapers about time-of-day
workouts for women:

Good reminder for me, as I'd promised to track the article
down and take it into my Curves. (I'll give you the credit
for reminding me! :))

For 'looser muscles', stretch a bit before you start your
workout.
