Biggest tip I can give you is LOSE SLOWLY! if you lose a lot in a very short period of time, your skin will have no chance of staying up with the shrinking cells underneath. And you will be more likely to keep it off it you stick to around 1-2 pounds a week.

It also depends on how old you are and how fast you gained and how your skin is otherwise. There is no guranteed way to know if your skin will "go with you" but I've lost 50 pounds total in the last 2 years and I've got about 50 more to go and I don't notice any sagging skin....I'm 28, 5'10" and started out at 269.....I'm right around 220 right now.

The Curves workout is such a great way to get in shape. Exercise combined with a sensible diet (lower in carbs, higher in proteins) is the best way to lose weight. Diet alone and you'll end up losing muscle, which will just slow your metabolism.

It's great that you are thinking about things before you start. That's the best way to approach reaching your goals :)

Have a GREAT workout!
