Subject: The Blitz

Has anyone heard of "The Blitz"? It's apparently like Curves, but for men. My husband's always saying, "I wish there were a Curves for men!" And I heard someone mention "The Blitz" -- a 20-minute strength-training workout that's combined with kickboxing and martial arts. On their website, the machines look identical to the ones at Curves, but I thought the Curves machines were designed exclusively for Curves. Or maybe "The Blitz" is somehow associated with Curves (although I couldn't find any mention of Curves on their website.

There don't seem to be many of "The Blitz" around -- none in my state at all. I'm just curious...
