Thanks so much for taking the time to respond so fully. I had no idea that all those factors might affect my body fat reading. I think it might have been due to less water intake. I appreciate your encouragement and positive remarks! I feel I have been losing very slowly, but I am seeing improvements and I feel better than I have in years, so it is all worth it.
