It depends on how many machines/stations your Curves has. If there are 8 machines, you need to go around 3 times. The Curves that I have belonged to for a year has 12 machines, so we only go around twice.

The staff at my Curves is very helpful in watching our form and demonstrating how to use the equipment. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance! You are paying for Curves! Your dues are paying the staff salaries!

And read the book through. It is very helpful and informative. Please don't be discouraged. Curves is a great place to be, nonjudgmental, nonthreatening. Go for it!
