At our curves we have 11 machines. That seems to be the norm from reading the boards. We are not restricted to how often we can come or how many times we can go around the circuit. It is recommended to only come 3 times a week, and the reason being to give the muscles that were worked out a day of rest to rebuild.
Some will come M,W,F and Sat. They will do the regular workout on MW and F (hit the machines hard and use the recovery boards for recovery) and then on Sat will focus on cardio (do light machines).

So you have 14 machines, I thought there were only 13 max..does your Curves have a machine or two that are duplicated?
