Well the one thing that gets me going every time is that I look at my children and my husband and reality hits me that if I don't get healthy for myself I can't be there for them. And in that case for anyone that I love. If it only takes 30 minutes three times a week to remain on this earth then why am I sitting on the couch. This thought process works for me every time. I am not overweight, but am dealing with a few health issues. Just the increase in energy I get from a curves workout is enough for me. Hope this helps.
