Peggy,
My motivation besides the mirror and the family is the friend. The person who joined Curves with me. We call each other and carpool to Curves. There are days that if we had to drives ourselves to workout we would find an excuse. But if she is coming to pick me up or if I'm supposed to be the driver for that day the responsible part of me will honor that commitment (even if I wouldn't honor the commitment to myself). Just my 2 cents worth.
