I have tried the chocolate shake. The taste is tolerable, and I think it is a very filling shake and takes care of the chocolate cravings I get sometimes. If you shake it vigorously, it becomes quite thick. I believe one serving a day is all you will need to drink on the diet. There are 15 servings in one container. My Curves facility gave me a one/half serving sample to take home to whip up myself. I'm sure your Curves will do the same for you too.

Happy Curving to you too! Good Luck with whatever choice you decide to make.
