I think the chocolate shakes taste pretty good actually. I wasn't real fond of the vanilla though. I follow the directions and then mix in about 1 cup of crushed ice. It makes a very nice, thick, milk-shake type drink.

I bet if you asked, they would give you a sample at your Curves...they did for me.

PS Good luck on the diet. I have been on the carbohydrate sensitive for 7 days now and have already lost 5 pounds!!! YEA!!! :)
