Those are AWESOME results. Did they give you the body fat loss too? That's the one I concentrate on!

As for normal results, there aren't any. Everyone is different altho we might look the same from time to time, but everyone will lose at a different rate. You might be the same size starting out as another member but she's doing yoga 2 times a week and cycles 30 miles a day or something and so you can't compare your results to hers unless you're doing the exact same things. healthfully, you want to lose about 1 pound a week in order to keep it off. And if you think about it, it's not that hard. If you've already got a diet in mind, great. if not, record a few weeks of "regular" meals at fitday.com and see where you can cut back without starving yourself :) Switch to 100% whole wheat bread or cut back on those morning lattes, all kinds of things you can do. but when you split out that 3500 calories a week that need to be cut or burned, you can cut a couple hundred calories and add a brisk walk and you'll be good to go :)

Great job and be sure to keep us updated on your further progress! I'm getting my 10 month W&M today...not sure I've lost anything (phase 3 of the Curves diet) but anything will be better than nothing or even...gasp....gaining, as i'm back to phase 1 now. i'll report back later :)

Have a GREAT workout!
