It makes me so happy to hear you are back. Sometimes it seems like such a luxury but then it's gone and you realize it's a necessity and has so many more benefits than just the exercise. Less Stress, feel better, less meds, cheaper clothes ;) (or more expensive depending on where you want to shop LOL). Sometimes you have to pinch those pennies even harder to get it in the budget, but you know when you are done with that ramen noodles for dinner again and again (or whatever inexpensive dinner you might have) that it's so well worth the sacrifice.

I'm so pleased that you decided it was time. Nothing worse than knowing what works for you but not being able to do it. The new book has the home workout but I know I would never do it. it's not just the exercises, it's the whole atmosphere.

Be sure to keep us up to date on your progress as you re-start your trail to success :)
