After 10 months I STILL love Curves. I get excited about going and love every minute there, including the 3 hours I spend there on Saturdays, working in the circuit :)

I go three days a week as I have found that I see better results that way, but we are all different. Sometimes I workout on Saturday while I'm there (I work about every other saturday) but I don't feel obligated and I usually have a first workout, so I do get some of the exercise there, not to mention being on my feet for three hours, that's exercise itself :)

So glad you love it. The results keep me loving it, that's for sure. it's totally changed my life and will continue for a while to come!

Have a GREAT workout!
