My motivation is I had thyroid cancer last year. Scared me big time. So now I am trying to exercise 5 to 6 times a week and eat better. Due to my slow thyroid it is hard to lose the weight but I am sure losing the inches. I want to live to be happy and healthy. Nothing like a good health scare to get you going.

Every once in a while, my motivation takes a plunge.
