Boy oh boy do I hear ya !!!
I went for my first month measurements and I only lost 1/2 pound. Lost 1" in hips, 1" in bust - like I really needed that ha ha ha, gained in my arms, no change in abdomen, thighs or waist. I lost .79% body fat.

I think I am going to take my own measurements and write them down, with so many staff, they may not all measure in the same spot.

I do not diet but have been trying to be good at my eating habits. I have also found that I haven't been able to get into a regular routine of going. I go 3 times a week, but sometimes 3 days in a row, or 1 day then 3 off then on 2.

They are opening a Curves near where I work, which will be great....I can go on lunch break.

I will continue to work out....I want my new bathing suite (which I bought just last year) to fit !!

Bound and determined.....good luck.
