Both flavors are tolerable, also in the workbook it offers shake variations and it also gives you the amount of carbs and calories that you need to add. Here are some examples:

8 oz of 1% milk add 0 carbs 30 calories
8 oz of 2% milk add 0 carns 40 calories
8 oz whole milk add 0 carbs 70 calories

1 tsp vanilla extract add 1 carb 10 calories

instead of ice cubes add 1/2 frozen banana and whip in blender add 13 carbs and 53 calories
Add any other fruit from another meal in the same day. You can also add the Curves Complete Vitamin in the Vanilla shake it almost tastes like an orange creamsicle.
Ask your curves to have shake testing. Our curves has one where they make them and you can taste both flavors if you like.
