Subject: New to Curves

Hello everyone! This message board seems so friendly! Well, my mom and I are going to join Curves next week, and I'm really excited. From reading your posts, it's obvious that you all really love Curves. I have a couple of questions. It seems like most of you go 3 times a week to let your muscles rest. But the man who own the Curves near me said that his clients have the best results when they go 5-6 days a week. What do you think? I also wondered how quickly I could expect to see results. I'm 20, and I have about 65 pounds to lose and I'm dieting. (I've already lost 27 pounds!) My mom has about 60 pounds to lose, but she's not dieting. Thanks!
