Welcome. That is so great that you and your mom are joining together. I am not a person who will ever put a time frame on losing weight. If you are just losing and exercising in general that is awesome. Take each day as it comes. Dont worry about the end of the day enjoy the ride you are on to get there. You are making a lifestyle change. It takes 6 months of doing something to become a habbit.
