Music is so individual. I am guessing we have 600 members at our Curves. Probably 600 different individual choices of music preferences. I personally do not like some of the music ie: movie tunes, disco, and some of the hip hop. Because there are so many members, Curves can not possibly play music to please each member at each visit.

I ask our manager, out of the 600 members, how many had complained about the Christian music. She said only one.

For the most part, if a tune is playing I do not like I just try to do the best I can and go on with my exercise. I am usually exerting so much energy trying to maximize my muscles, I can not remember the words to a lot of the music. The beat determines my pace.

Curves does so much for its members. Can you imagine trying to keep 600 people happy with the music playing? I give them praize for all they do to make it the best they can for us.
