Hey Coli,

I was just wondering about this recently:

The Curves diet
>allows 20g of non-free carbs on Phase 1 and 40-60 on
>Phase 2. So quite a bit less. and I know Atkins
>steps up 10g at a time, until carb-addict symptoms
>return.

I went to a wedding in June and had some cake (after 2 weeks of phase 1 and 2 weeks of phase 2), and since then, I've been wanting carbs (and I've been having carbs). BUT I haven't had any weight gain yet. DO you think I should go back to phase one, or wait until I gain 1 or 2 lbs (still eating all the carbs) or should I jump back into phase 2?

I lost 13 lbs and 7 inches after four weeks on phase 1 and 2.

Thanks,
Peggy
