Subject: 2nd month results :)

Here are my results since May 1...

Total Inches Lost: 14.25
Total Pounds Lost: 12.00 (would have been higher but I did my measurements and weigh in just as THAT week was starting *lol*)
Total Fat Pounds Lost: 6.56
Body Fat Percentage Lost: 1.1%

1 off bust
3.25 off waist
4 off abdomen
2 off thighs
1 off calves
3 off arms

Yippee! :)
