if you have Oberto Cocktail pep available (I have no clue what areas have it...it's made here in Seattle, so I know the PNW :) it's 4g per serving which is pretty good.

As for protein bars, most of them have too many carbs even when on phase 2, but I know there are a few out there that have lower quantities, but I haven't tried them. I do like the Balance bars, but they tend to have between 20 and 25g of carbs which is 1/3+ of your daily allowance and it's not usually worth it to me (unless I'm really hungry and the fridge is empty!)

Another thing that I've ALWAYS had in my desk drawer, no matter if I've been on a diet or not is peanut butter. I eat Jif creamy and it's got 7g per two tbsp which is a pretty good serving size. it's got calories which the free foods and whatnot don't have and it's got a lot of protein which keeps me full for a while. just stock up on spoons and when you get a hungry feeling, have yourself a peanut butter lollypop :) I've always called them that and apparently my former co-worker calls them that now too :) I don't even remember telling her about them...hee hee

Nuts are good too, walnuts have omega-3 fatty acids in them and so not only are the fairly low in carbs but they are good for you in other ways.

a TIP for the free salad...ALMOND ACCENTS. they give you a nice crunch without the carbs of croutons and I was TOTALLY surprised by the taste! you can find them by the croutons or veggies...YUM

I'll let you know if I think of any others.
