This is bugging me too. I went to a grocery store that had a bunch of low carb products. However the carbs are only low once they subtract things that do not have an impact on blood sugar. This store had a whole aisle of this stuff varying from Carbolite, Dr. Atkins, and to even low carb baking products. I tried some of this stuff this week and I think that it messed me up because I only counted the net carbs, thinking that was okay. I am on my third week of Phase II of the carb senstive plan.

Are we allowed to count net carbs on the Curves Diet?

Thanks,
Katy
