Subject: ignore those labels!

On the Curves diet you look at TOTAL CARBS, so ignore all those net carb things. They are basically subtracting fiber from the carb count which isn't what the Curves diet does. I'm sure if you want to do a diet that does that, you can find one, but I bet it won't let you have 20g carbs in a protien shake or free veggies galore. they all have their little personal differences, else they would all be called the same thing ;) I eat a Balance bar every once in a while and they have about 22g, but I either have to budget heavily for it(since it's 1/3 of my intake of carbs) or I'm eating it because I'm on the run and didn't plan ahead ;) (or I did plan ahead but have an appointment at 11am in Seattle and have to be back to work for an hour long meeting at 12:30 and THUS have to eat while I drive back to work else I won't have eaten since 9am when I get out of the meeting at 1:30 which is not good. LOL can't go to the acupuncturist on a full stomach! LOL).

There ARE some low carb bars, I can't think of the name but they have like 3g each, TOTAL. haven't tried them because I've tended to not like what I've had in the past, but they ARE out there, the meal bars that is. not just the little chocolate bars.

I had ice cream tonight because I've had a migraine all day and I took two advil migraine at work this morning and I've taken 4 regular advil since I got home and NOTHING was working...but 30 minutes after I ate the ice cream...it's gone. go figure :\ I did well today otherwise...VERY well.

Have a GREAT workout!
