Subject: Phase III

I didn't have any success on Phase I of the Curves eating plan, so I went to Phase III to "rev up" my metabolism. I've been yoyo dieting all my life, so it's pretty low. Anyway, I wonder if anyone else has had the problem I'm having. Basically, I diet for 3 days, (calorie sensitive - 1200 calories) then go back to eating normally. I'm easily losing 5 pounds in 3 days, but I regain 3 pounds the first day I eat "normally" (which is really A LOT more than I would typically eat, but I'm trying to eat 2500 cal. a day, as required.) My Curves mentor told me to start dieting again as soon as I gain three pounds - but that means I'll diet 3 out of every 4 days. Is anyone else doing this and having a similar problem, or better yet - had the problem but is now doing better?
