My curves has really helpful staff,,,,,they are always watching to make sure everyone is using the machines properly,,,,,when I had a question about the way I was using the ab back machine,,,I had an instant response,,and they showed me the proper technique which then made me realize that i was doing it wrong,because my abs then told me they were alive,,,OUUUCHH!!
