Hi and welcome. I have been going for almost 3 weeks and I also see a difference. Very happy with the results so far.
As to your question each curves is different. I have been to 2 different ones and at one we all just do the circuit and go home. The only incentives are from corporate. At the other, they have different games and wt loss challenges.
So, just ask what your curves does.
