Thanks Janet. Congrats on your loss!! Those are awesome results.
Keep going...it gets better and better.
I even did something I *never* thought I'd do - start running! I started a "learn to run" type program I found online and graduated from the program last weekend.
I'm slower than slow, but happy that I can run for 30 mins straight!
